When you contact us, we collect your name, work email, and message. Company name and phone number are optional. If you choose to schedule a call, Calendly collects the information you submit to its scheduling service. Our hosting providers may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.
Please do not submit payment details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through our contact form.
How we use information

These may include our website hosting provider, FormSubmit for delivery of contact-form submissions, Calendly for scheduling, and Meta/Instagram when you allow and view an embedded reel. Those companies process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and optional embeds
CRUXITI does not currently run first-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website. Calendly and Instagram embeds are blocked until you allow optional third-party embeds. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described above, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. Email [email protected] or call (713) 489-1533. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” Where Texas law applies, we aim to respond within 45 days. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.
